Where can I download Dragonball Manga?
Where can I download Dragonball Manga?
I really am pumped up into making my own fan fic, but I need scrutiny, someone that really knows, what sites I can go to, to download legitimate Viz English Translate Manga, and Original Japanese Manga. For Canon reference so my fan fiction tale does not contradict the Manga. Please anyone know?
There are a few wonderful sites. Try www.amazon.com or www.barnesandnoble.com or maybe www.booksamillion.com

I'm in the generation of fans that started with Toonami, so I totally empathize with the feeling of having "missed the party", experiencing disappointment, and wanting to experience it myself. But I can't, that's how life is. Time is a bitch. The party is over. Kageyama, Kikuchi, and Maeda are off the sauce now; Yanami almost OD'd; Yamamoto got arrested; Toriyama's not going to light trash cans on fire and hang from the chandelier anymore. We can't get the band back together, and even if we could, everyone's either old, in poor health, or calmed way the fuck down. Best we're going to get, and are getting, is a party that's almost entirely devoid of the magic that made the original one so awesome that we even want more.

The more that is bought, the longer DBs life will be is how I see it. You can get all of the manga of DB and DBZ for only a little over $100 (not bad for 42 books
).

Not quite "manga" but still a valid point, I guess.Freeza Heika wrote:Yah it's all very cheap now; the dub "remastered" box sets are down to about $23 on Amazon, which i about $0.63 an episode.Zuhalter2000 wrote:The more that is bought, the longer DBs life will be is how I see it. Well they're $7.95 each at Borders, so it's a lot more than $100Zuhalter2000 wrote:The more that is bought, the longer DBs life will be is how I see it. You can get all of the manga of DB and DBZ for only a little over $100 (not bad for 42 books).

I ended up getting the vast majority of the VIZ manga back when RightStuf had this huge sale where the manga volumes were al super cheap. I got so many that they had to give it to me in two shipments. Overall it was significantly under $200 for all 42 books. Normally, it would be somewhere around $340 to get them all.Pain wrote:Well they're $7.95 each at Borders, so it's a lot more than $100Zuhalter2000 wrote:The more that is bought, the longer DBs life will be is how I see it. You can also find used manga volumes in great condition individually for as low as $1 on Amazon.

That's the retail price for the books when they're new, used book stores sell them pretty cheap when they have them. And a lot of times stores like Walden Books and Barnes & Noble have sales for stuff like manga, plus coupons for Walden Books are pretty easy to get.Pain wrote:Well they're $7.95 each at Borders, so it's a lot more than $100Zuhalter2000 wrote:The more that is bought, the longer DBs life will be is how I see it. Chibi, if you're looking for one or two pages to be scanned, people here will usually help out with that. But being you're asking for "legitimate Viz English translate manga" that is a problem. The rules are pretty strict about bootlegging. I would link you to the rules page but, the site is down right now.
...And maybe I'am just nit picking but, shouldn't this be in the questions section?
