I have seen the original japanese next episode preview for Dragon Ball Gt. I have never seen it though for Dragon Ball Z. How is it like what kind of music do they use? Well in the Mexican version it show scenes of the next episode and its says " Hi I'm Goku" talking along with some other characters in spanish with an original instrumental of Chala Head Chala. The audio various from beginning to end. Here is how I combined 4 next episode previews.

Is that how the original japanese is along with the original instrumental audio?
Dragon Ball Z Next Episode Preview
Not quite, but those are very similar. I see they have the original animation for the previews (mostly), except for the title card at the end. And the background music was a little different. It was still an instrumental of HEAD-CHA-LA, but it was a special kind made just for the next episode previews. The music in the previews you linked to isn't it.
EDIT: I found a video on YouTube with the real previews. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5WXFWn5mCHU
These show the shortened versions that also have contests for the movies that were coming out at the time. The first is from the opening 1 era, and the other two are from the opening 2 era, where they just used music that was similar to the recap music.

Ahh sweet I always wondered how they looked sound like. The Link I put was the Mexican version of the next episode previews. As I'm comparing the two the Dragon Ball Z scene is the same and they both say "Hi I'm goku blah blah blah" along with other characters talking and the scenes. The difference is the audio and the title card as you said. The Japanese has chala head chala vocal-leading instrumental cut down as of the Mexican version it has non vocal instrumental. Now I know thanks KT Kore.
