I completely respect your opinion, and I respect you. I enjoyed discussing this with you, even if I don't completely agree.

Hell, I'd get it even if it was $60-$80.Brad Redfield wrote:So says the Chrono Trigger fan.![]()
I'm wondering if the game will be budget-priced like Sparking! Meteor.
EDIT: Well, holy shit. I'm definitely picking it up if its only $30.
This really does look good.
My favorite part about the Budokais was the fact that your ultimate move had a badass cutscene with it.
I miss that.
Hopefully this game will play more like Budokai 3 then anything else, which is IMO the best Dragon Ball Z game ever.
The only thing that comes close to its' awesome-ness is Super DBZ.
Character wise, I will continue to wish that Mr. Popo will be playable, just as I do while waiting for all Dragon Ball games.

To be honest, I really hate the teleportation counters too, I would always have to equip Turtle Shell just to beat the last couple of strong guys in Dragon Arena. It get's really, really annoying when the computer teleports on every fucking attack.

Let’s play FighterZ
Let’s play FighterZ
If this fighting system is built more upon Shin Budokai, then that shouldn't be as much of a problem. Teleport counters were a little more costly to pull off, and thus more of a rarity.SSJ2bardock wrote:To be honest, I really hate the teleportation counters too, I would always have to equip Turtle Shell just to beat the last couple of strong guys in Dragon Arena. It's actually pretty fun under the right circumstances.SSJ2bardock wrote:Thank Kami for that then, if there's one thing I hate it's spamming teleportation.
One time on my Shin Budokai, I played as SSj Goku, set the CPU as Metal Cooler with high AI, and set both of the teleportation ki costs down to zero. I recreated their Teleportation battle from Movie 6 by the both of us just zipping back and forth. XD

Haha. I have to admit that I loved Hyper Mode.. it wasn't all that bad. Teleporting was fun as hell, even if I was teleporting back and forth for 5 minutes.SSj Kaboom wrote:It's actually pretty fun under the right circumstances.SSJ2bardock wrote:Thank Kami for that then, if there's one thing I hate it's spamming teleportation.

I actually loved the teleportations.
Fighting against my friends having back and forth teleportations trying to trick or out-do the other was always a lot of fun and made the fight that much harder and entertaining.
The Dragon Rush was alright, I wouldn't really mind if we lost it with this game.
I would, however, terribly miss Coola and Freeza's Dragon Rush.
Cell may have had the same one as them, but his was gay.
Merely because of the fact that that's Cell - not Freeza or Coola.

Here's a link to the thread at (the) Atari forum. It has character confirmations and stage confirmations, as well.

Edit: Let's be glad they're not making BT4.

He's just so powerful, yet his endurance is his weak spot. I swear he's as strong as SSJ5 Goku, because I know the guy who made Dragonball Z and he said it himself(This is what I hear on Youtube every single day).Forgotten Hero wrote:His "Super Flail Attack" is like the Big Bang Attack! I seriously hope, Infinite World takes the Double Team feature and some of the new characters from the W Cardass Impact arcade system, that was awesome, plus it's kinda nice to see a game that's kinda cheaper than other ones in price and for the PS2. I'm gonna get this when it comes out.
Wow, the people at the Atari forum sure hate this new game, and for no real reason.

Don't forget the Farmer from Episode 1! With his "Super-Duper-Courageous Point Blank Gun Shot Directed On A Super Powerful Saiyan!"Forgotten Hero wrote:If they did...They would have to add Fish! You know from episode 1!
Future Gohan is inside the cast of Shin Budokai together with Paikunhan..
First form adult normal Gohan had Great Sayiaman moves (Justice kick / punch), he only gets kamehame when he transforms into Super Saiyan. And I must say, it works perfectly.. Future Gohan gets masenko instead.
After all we wont get much trouble since we will get our loved capsules again. Great Sayiaman may return to be a costume.. or just throw it off already! : )
