Ah yes, during the Cell Games when Cell is powering up from what I remember. Kame House is shaking and in the confusion Roshi grabs Chi-Chi's butt and she responds by dropping a table on his head!

Oh and my favorite female is defiantly Videl.
Then again Bulma is up there too especially during the android saga as someone pointed out earlier on.

Actually that was Bulma, Chi-Chi was at her house with her dad.

There is something about Roshi-Bashing that always makes me laugh out loud!
It is hilarious to see him get battered, bashed, hit and thrown by females after he tries to grope and molester them. - Personally my favourite which always has me in stitches, 18 in the aeroplane

I love all the Dragongirls to a degree that is almost alarming, but I'd have to say ... Bulma, definitely, for all the reasons my friends seem to dislike her: she's selfish, loud, rude and petty; she has a, er, highly developed self-esteem (read: ego); she's manipulative, hypocritical, and short-tempered; and she's aware of and comfortable with her sexuality, and unafraid to use it to her advantage. (Also she's a genius. Also, she's awesome.)

I mean, I guess it comes down to why I love all the ladies of Dragonball: they're flawed, all of them, but outside of some jokes early in the series, Toriyama doesn't really condemn any of the girls for being flighty or stubborn or manipulative or whatever. I like that they're occasionally violent and occasionally petty, and I like that they aren't just glossy pin-ups. Like, Bulma's sexy (hi, fanservice!) and a super-genius inventor and kind of a jerk. And I think that's pretty rocking.

(Runner-ups would have to be Videl, for many, many reasons, among them her steadfast refusal to give up even as Spopovich threatens to killer her, and Chichi, for sticking to her guns (and her family) in the face of extreme adversity. And Ran Fuan, for reasons of being HILARIOUS.)

Fasha she is my favorite, but I also like Bulma from the Cell Arc she was smart, attractive and pretty much a sweet lady, I also like Videl she´s pretty clam and cool.

#18 is hot too, even when she cuts her hair. Too bad she doesn't do much after the Cell Saga, besides Super 17.
