I really like that song, but I could've sworn it was released on the 5 CD Dazienshuu set. What episodes was it used in, because from that I can figure out if it's been released.

Trust me it's unreleased. The BGM is from DBZ movie 4 and I think it was first used at the end of the Freeza saga through the end of the Androids saga.
Edit: The first time its used in an episode is on DBZ episode 101. Its on a scene when Goku tells Kaiosama that he wants to stay on namek fighting Freeza.

Could you save the songs just as .mp3's and put them on Megaupload? It would be greatly appreciated; you've ripped some of the best unreleased BGM from the series and I would love to be able to put them on my mp3 player.

Just download the videos with free youtube download then convert the with the free video to mp3 converter or just download the free video to mp3 converter and do it from there faster.
