I'm not much of a Gohan fan myself (at least present Gohan)... But Supposedly in this revisioning - Gohan is more in tuned with fighting and training and more disciplined in that area, like his dad. Goku gets too much spotlight at times,, and I like the idea of the torch being passed from father to son.

Well, I would end it with the cell games. Boo saga suvked In comparison to everythin else. Also, I would keep Power levels there. Then, there wouldnt be any dumb Power level debates. Freeza wouldnt be dispatched so easily I would have an actual fight and last off all, for christs sake i would have the Humans do something After Trunks saga.

Maybe people want to have a "sniveling little bitch" as the hero for once.
It's not like it's common to have normal heroes in manga.
Heroes that actually are human and get afraid at times, and don't realize their own power, what they are capable of ect.

I, for instance, think that Vegetto is one of the most idiotic characters and shouldn't be created at all. It's just one of those "ZOMG SUPPA POWAAAA INDESTRUCTIBLE!!!!" characters, and he doesn't do much anyways.
Fight Buu a little, get absorbed and, poof, ceases to exist.
But you seem to like him and I respect that, and I have never seen people bash you for liking him.

I Know he lowered his power, what I am saying, if I recall correctly is that when Krillin finally did do it it caught Vegeta off guard. I could be wrong. I am agreeing with you, no need to get fussy.

That explains a lot, really. You don't actually get DB do you? It was never about a gary sue trying to out do the main character, it was about a cast of fleshed-out characters all with their own virtues and faults, not just a bunch of cliche's gaining power through fanfic-like means and fighting some redundant villian with regeneration and an endles amount of plot devices to protect him. At the very least fat and kid Buu had original personalities and manerisms.

I like the setting, I like Goku and the whole cast from pre-Raditz Dragonball, I like pretty much everything up to the death of Freeza and Super Saiyan Goku on Namek. Yes, including Gohan (though not as much as the rest), because his "hidden powers" scale to keep him in about he same place from Raditz to Freeza (as a powerful support character) and all the freebies he gets are also given to other characters.

And he doesn't cry like a wimp when he has to fight.

When Gary "Trunks" Stu shows up and WOAHMG HE JUST KILLED FREEZA IN ONE HIT AND HE'S A SUPER SAIYAN AND HE'S VEGETA AND BULMA'S KID AND HE'S PRETTY is when Dragonball goes to hell.

I under stand what your saying, it's just that I've never seen him post anything that isn't negative or degrading toward someone else. Remember when Some one posted sample of their fan-manga and they copied some of Troiyama's work?
