Erll he was evil once, and maybe he did't get fully pure-hearted during the series. And then, he came earlier in the Buu saga, and got Majinized (as the stone-spit from Dabura missed him earlier on).

I think it looks like when Cell had his arm blown off by Vegeta's Final Flash, in the picture.
That's how I like to see it anyways, in my land of fantasies, where unicorns fl-what the? I dozed off it seems.
Otherwise, I think that it's a very nice picture with clean lines and good porpotions. Simply awesome.

Hmm, I don't have any Dragon Ball stuff on hand atm, considering the last time I drew any kind of Dragon Ball character it was when I was 12. But, for shits and (hopefully) giggles, here's a rough sketch of dragon that sort of resembles Shenlong (in the fact that it's an Asian dragon as opposed to a Medieval dragon hurrhurr) I'm using for a lil' side project of mine:

Ah. I was trying to cut out as little of the Oozaru as possible. I suppose a stretching of the image was a greater concern for you. =p

PS: It's actually 2 pixels too big on one side.
