Hey, I have that doujinshi! Anyway, if I remember correctly, Bra is talking to Pan on the scouter modifyed by Vegeta, and Pan is asking if she can come over and play. I think you can understand Bra's response ^_^ Tha kanji below that is the title of the story, which is "Sunday Science" (the story also involves Bulma trying to create a mini medical machine for Vegeta)
