Based on what we've seen in the movies (Broli being defeated by regular Super Saiya-jins) it's safe to say he'd be absolutely ripped apart by Super Perfect Cell.

Gah! Another Broly topic, seriously, Broly sucks and would be killed by any SSJ2 or Super Perfect Cell, maybe even just regular Perfect Cell.

Cell would clearly win imho, as he is supposed to be somewhere around SSJ2.

I think people tend to make Broly a lot stronger than he actually is.
He was beaten by "normal" SSJ, but then there are things like Vegeta not showing up in movie 10 (a reason that is often mentioned is him being afraid... obviously at this point he would have ripped Broly apart unlike the relatively weak and untrained Gohan).
And the Budokai 3 opening is exaggerating as well: Gogeta SSJ would clearly win this fight ^^

The sole purpose of a Video game intro is to get you hyped for the game.

Also, why Vegeta didn't show up in movie 10, I doubt it's because he was scared, I mean he didn't show up in 11 either. If I recall correctly, Piccolo doesn't show up either, and we know he isn't scared of anyone. I guess Krillin is Stronger than Piccolo and Vegeta because he is in both those movies.

Vegeta was supposed to be undergoing extreme training during both of those movies (according to the manga and anime timelines). As for Piccolo, who knows, he was probably up playing cards or some other Namekian game with Dende...or in the middle of meditating.

Yeah right and while slowpoke Gohan arrives at the battlefield Vegeta just makes some push-ups, as these are much better training than killing Broly
