I don't think they're rendered in-game, there's a stark contrast between the shading during gameplay and the cutscenes, it looks like they're pre-rendered videos that use the character models from the game.

Lets see I have saw goku with normal gi, goku with kame gi, goku with halo, goku with ruined gi and goku with ruined gi and blue shirt. But I do believe there is the blue gi goku too.
I have saw teen gohan with ruined gi too. Lots of destroied vests man.

The cutscene with SS2 Goku vs. Majin Vegeta really showed an example of this. The rest seemed fine. Well, at least it's better than the generic and limited facial expressions and battle intros/sequences they used in Burst Limit and Budokai Tenkaichi 3.

What the... Did Janemba's V.A die? That's not how I remember Janemba's voice, I remember him having a deep voice...

It's possible that the guy edited the vid at the end, considering the beginning is IW, with Cell doing the dashes and that new hyper mode thing and all, not to mention the health bars. He might've changed it to Cell's move at the last minute but either way, at least we get to see a bit of Cell vs SSJ2 Gohan action going on from IW. What strikes me is that the IW logo is still at the bottom even during the Spirit Bomb bit.

Wow, that was awesome!!! I especially like how they tweaked the Hyper Mode... way better than the generic Dragon Rush we had 4 years ago. Now, the playable characters seem even less alike with the new features blended from the other Budokai games.

Duuuuuuude, I don't care if the graphics are inferior or different to Budokai 3(which I think the latter is the case regarding the cutscenes), as long as they replicate the spirit of the anime, I'm sold. And in this case, whoa!

Edit- Can't wait for the Buu Saga cutscenes in Budokai style either!

They...... still haven't fixed the whole Perfect Cell with Imperfect Cell voice deal. I thought this was supposed to be the penultimate and last DBZ game on PS2 so at least take the initiative to fix that disgusting error that's been in the series since Budokai 1.
