Why can't they just make a sequel to legends on PS1, that game ruled. It's only problems were shitty graphics and the lack of being able to pick levels/music during free play.

I think I was about to say the graphics weren't so bad. Then I realized that they were never me-friendly outside of one-on-one fights... (And the sound in the saturn version.. Gah! High quality, maybe, but I can't tell what's going on anymore...

... With some degree of character variation. Other than height.
Alas. I suppose we are left hoping that the creativity in Infinite Worlds makes up for the lack of it everywhere else....

They need to bring back more actual alternative costumes, not just re-colours, which seem to be the flavour of the moment.

I want yellow suit Yamucha back, dammit.

Buu Saga Tenshinhan, Vegeta's BADMAN pink shirt, Kuririn's Namek gear (or, even better, his snazzy Garlic Jr. Saga suit!).

I want to see them delve more into Dragon Ball for characters. Don't bother cherry picking, just go all the way. Namu, General Blue, Shen and so on. Yeah, they can't fly, but they somehow managed it with Kamesennin, Grandpa Gohan and so on.

On that note... still no Chichi?! She was good enough for Super Dragon Ball Z.

Like I said before: Laziness is a factor. We win some, and we lose some. The more characters we ask for, the more depth we lose. The more depth we lose, the more minor characters we get such as: Ape, Dog, Pig, Living Pile Of Poop, etc.

Just as a note, all of Yamcha's, Tien's and Krillin's costumes in Tenkaichi 3 are true alternates.

Yamcha has Saiyan Saga, Android Saga, and Desert Bandit. Tien has Saiyan and Android Saga, and Krillin has Saiyan/Namek Saga, Saiyan Armor, Android Saga, and Buu Saga (w/ hair!).

I still don't know why the Badman Shirt hasn't made it in, though.

Nah, his alternate was a black jacket/pants and red shirt, I think.

Although, with all the character switching hacks I've seen done with B1, I wonder if the Pink Shirt model could be pasted on Vegeta.

I think it's in the very first PGV video, however when used ingame, he doesn't seem to have any feet, perhaps they weren't modeled on because they weren't visible during the cutscenes.

Not directly related to that, but, in Tenkaichi 3, if Kid Chichi fights against Gt Goku, both the pre and post battle quotes for them make it seem like the character actually is Gt Chichi turned into a kid too rather than using her actual DB personality (unlike her quotes against everyone else).

But then Kid ChiChi (weaker than Hercule) can smack SSJ4 Gogeta around like it ain't no thang.

So the three most powerful beings in all of Dragonball (Vegetto and the two Gogetas) don't get a brickwall effect at all, but that cocksucker Broly does (and his applies even to Super Saiyan 2 Gohan, Goku and Vegeta!)? Fuck you, game designers.

I don't think Mr Satan could do that.

It's true. Some people don't realize that Mr. Satan is probably about as strong as 23rd Budokai Chichi, if not stronger. He's only displayed as weak compared to the insanely powerful set of characters...

..but he could still beat you up.

Chichi was never a normal girl. And she was trained by his father, Gyumao. She is stronger than most people think.

Also Mr Satan has no real knowledge of ki or anything. Mr Satan is stronger than a normal human for sure, but that's it.

I can put Mr Satan at the level of people like Colonel Silver or Panputto. But he won't be able to defeat people like Namu, King Chappa or Teen Chichi (that does not mean he couldn't give them some problems).

Satan could be stronger than kid chichi without her weapons, but in no way could beat Teen Chichi.
