The page says everything it needs to say. I'm just an ass-hat and like the title the way it is. If someone doesn't want to read the actual text on the page that spells it out for them, link to it as "proof" of their false claim, and in turn look like a poopie-head, so be it.
We've been through this time and time and time and time and time and time and time again.

Yes, but most of the people linking to it read it once upon a time when you were claiming rather adamantly that it was
not an OVA. And you really didn’t go out of your way to admit that you made a mistake; the phrasing in the article is such that it’s hard to discern what this “thing” really is. So naturally, most people have the wrong idea. And when we correct them, everyone else calls blasphemy or comes up with an excuse because DaizEX is treated like the Gospel. This could all go away if you offered some clarity.

Thats me!
I think I do remember reading that Toei said that once, but I don't know.
Oh well, you learn something new everyday I guess.

...it's true, I remember reading the WHOLE THING way back...
The changes are definitely hard to spot if you don't read the whole thing. Possibly again. And your corrections, Mr. EX, are USUALLY in BOLD RED TEXT at the top of whatever the original thing was. This is the case with rumor guides and news posts, which are CONSIDERABLY shorter than the "THERE IS NO OVA!" page.

Actually, Isn't an OVA something that is directly released on home video?
So I would assume that the new special is just going to be Movie #14? or maybe a DBZ special or some sort.

OVAs are direct to Video, Specials are aired on TV and movies are in theaters, this is a Short Movie.

I'm not sure, but (I think) the two Bleach OVAs were also shown earlier on a Jump tour just like the new Dragonball special.
