This is mainly for the admin. I believe I asked a few years back why there was no non-DB Toriyama discussion forum. The answer was a logic "because it's non-DB discussion."
I was wondering, however, with all the one-shots and stuff that have parodies and guest stars, I was thinking maybe there should be a non-DB Toriyama discussion forum to help avoid off-topics in the regular forums. I mean, we have an AMV forum, so why not something about the author's other works?

I agree, I totally always want to ask questions about Toriyama's other works here but know I can't. But I understand why Mike doesn't want that.
