hhmmm...who got buu to stop killing people and who got the people of earth to give their energy to the spirit bomb and who got vegeta out of the way else goku wasnt gonna throw the spirit bomb? sounds like mr satan to me; if he wasnt on the kai planet, buu would have killed everyone. that = world champ for me.

yajirobe never fights without that sword and you cant use weapons in the tournament.
Mr Satan also gets props from me for saving the Earth. Doesn't really mean that he or his daughter hold a candle to even the lowest tier of Dragonball fighters concerning actual skill and strength.
The series doesn't start with the arrival of Raditz. Stop being lazy and watch Dragonball.

Also the thing with Mr.Satan is he was suppose to illustrate how the World Tournament had lost its luster.

OK, LeprikanGT, where would you place Videl's power level, keeping in mind that a power level of, say, Raditz is at 1200?

No, to use one of your favorite quotes: "You must be kidding, right?".
King Chapa was the winner of one of the Tenkaichi Budokai. Still, he lost to 21st Tenkaichi Budokai Goku.
He won the previous without getting hit even once. Mr. Satan, on the other hand, is not known of being that good.
Yajirobe>Chi Chi> Videl
As Victator Supreme has told, Mr. Satan was to show the downfall of the martial artists. I can hardly believe that fighters of the old era would have been able to lose against fighters of the new era.

I don't see you bringing more arguments than all the other people. Stop acting like you are right and know it all.
I have already told that youth and Bukujitsu are not factors that play a major role.
Read the manga: Yamchu vs. Jackie Chan, Goku vs. Piccolo Jr., Yajirobe vs. Vegeta, King Chapa vs. Goku ( could aswell have been a non-saiya-jin as Kuririn). All these canon fights are speaking against your arguments.

Also, post 25th tournament, Mr. Buu was the one defeating every fighter, until Mr. Satan stepped in during the finals to "defeat" Mr. Buu. So he didn't really win the tournaments after the 25th tournament.

Also, Krillin got a punch on the head by Piccolo's demon and dies instantly post 22nd Tenkaichi Budokai.
No more time for Daizex. Goodbye folks!

I'm going to have to second that one. There is no way in hell Yajrobe<Chi Chi<Videl. No matte how much I dislike him, Yajrobe will always be stronger than Chi Chi and Videl.

Lol. I don't know how Yajirobe got dragged into this mess but I think that Chi Chi has more evidence on her side than Videl.

Um...
">" means "more than", "<" means "less than", and "=" means equal.
Yajirobe is stronger than Chi Chi, Chi Chi is stronger than Videl, which is what I wrote...

That was the sole purpose of the character of Mr.Satan until the story somehow made the fool likable, I don't see how hard it is to realize that. To compliment that suggestion; the 'Announcer Guy' of the World Tournament has even made a comment concerning how much it has 'degraded'.

Anywho, by personal opinion; I feel that Videl would have a slight advantage over Chi Chi because she is of course...able to fly. However, in terms of skill and mastery, I'm almost positive that Chi-Chi would have the upper hand, if not resulting in an equal duel.

Concerning the outcome of a battle between Yajirobe and Videl? Take the evidence given in careful consideration, and try to level your thoughts without being a biased prick ( not directed at anybody specifically )

Videl stronger than Yajirobe and Yamcha? That's ludicrous. I think the problem here is that you're sorely overestimating Spopovich. I doubt he was any where near as strong as Yajirobe, let alone Yamcha, Master Roshi, Raditz or any of the other characters mentioned. The fact is Spopovich was WEAK; Chaozu could take him.

As for the topic question, if Chi-Chi can keep up with Goku in the 23rd Tournament (who probably had around a 200-300 power level) impress Master Roshi, and spar with/train Goten then there should be no competition. Chi-Chi would beat Videl.

I never saw the original Dragonball anime but in the manga Goku is only dogging Chi-chi's atacks cause he wanted to know why she was mad at him. After she told him the reason he blows her out of the ring in one blow. Master Roshi didn't seemed that impressed either.....
Chi Chi has fought and been slapped by Super Saiyans. Videl has not.
Satan has been slapped by Kid Buu and survived.......

finally a videl supporter, i forgot about that - kid buu AND trunks AND cell slapped satan, he has gone into falls and mountains and crushed and he survived - why not videl?

that proves your ability to 'take a punch' doesnt mean anything

Because Hercule is a comedic character and thus abides by slapstick laws. Videl is not a comedic character.

There's also no direct proof, or enough of it, that hints towards who would win in a fight between Videl and Chi-Chi.

Friendly discussion degrading into a biased argument? Yup.

chi-chi isnt fighting roshi, bust size wouldnt matter.

Just because a character is for comic relief doesnt mean he cant get beat down or killed *pauses and stares at krillin and king kai* if that were true everyone would start telling jokes.

the ability to take hits from other people doesnt have to do with anything [single hits]

Chi chi has never shown enough force to show she can kill someone [when she was a kid she used weapons] videl round housed someone head around that was controlled by a powerful wizard. his strength increased, yes BUT the magic is what my point is. and if babidi can bring dabura under his control as well as the other 'm' people, hes strong enough to support my theory

Toriyama's aim wasn't to kill off Mr Satan at all.
