Actually I just tried the Potara and it won't let you equip transformations or any attack besides the Kamehameha. (although that's only because Goku's only other attack can only be used in Kaio-Ken or higher) I could have sworn it let me earlier...
That sucks, it let you do it in story mode, but you started off as Vegetto anyway so I guess it makes sense.

That's why I remember transforming!

Is it just me, or does anyone else think #18 is quite possibly the spammiest character in the game? Or at least she has the spammiest attack, I think it's called Brutal Dance or something. Let's review the attack shall we?

-lunges forward so far that you can't evade backwards
-juggles your body in the air
-if #18 has enough ki left, she can use the attack again before your body even hits the ground
-it does a shit load of damage

18s attack does like 300 damage, its not that bad, and it looks cool so I am fine with it.

Considering how quick they were able to release this in the US after getting Burst Limit out, it wouldn't surprise me if just about almost all of the dialogue was ripped from Budokai 3.

They took a lot of stuff from Burst Limit too. You have no idea how many times I've thought to myself, "hey this looks like the part from Burst Limit".

Wait for the bar to fill up then try to press X right when it's the fullest.

someone on this topic said that every character has 2 moves and an ultimate attack, but with kid gohan I don't see any so why don't we have an ultimate attack for kid gohan?

They do, IIRC he performs a bunch of those blasts he does with one hand against Freeza (after you buy it from the shop that is.)

Goku, Kid Gohan, Piccolo, Kuririn, Tenshinhan, Yamcha, Raditz, and Nappa are the only characters available from the start of the game.
