You only play mini games in the Story Mode, but you can replay them at any time.
Anyone else dissapointed in Infinite World?

I'm sorry for getting off-topic, but are you saying the FUNI One Piece dub still aires in Australia? 0_oTsukento wrote:Sounds exactly what they did with the music for the TV series.Gozar wrote:You can't just start to tone it down a decade later to please people who don't really even care about the Dub.![]()
Kidding aside. There's kinda the possibility of being overworked. After all, Mr. Sabat is also trying to pump out lines for Zoro in One Piece both broadcast (in Australia only) and for DVDs. Can't even begin to factor all the other roles he's trying to do to help pay the bills.

It airs on Cartoon Network.Big Momma wrote: I'm sorry for getting off-topic, but are you saying the FUNI One Piece dub still aires in Australia? 0_o
However don't feel too sorry for yourselves, Madman (our anime distributor) have stated that they will not be putting One Piece out on dvd, mostly because they're douchebags.
I've already imported the first two disc set.
Oh, I see. Are the episodes that air new ones?(America stopped halfway thorugh skypeia)Captain Awesome wrote:It airs on Cartoon Network.Big Momma wrote: I'm sorry for getting off-topic, but are you saying the FUNI One Piece dub still aires in Australia? 0_o

Haha, I'm joking. Okay, back on topic now.

Why, America? Why? Why does YOUR Cartoon Network have to suck the most? D:
For all the flack that FUNimation gets on this forum for their quote about DBZ, there's some modicum of truth to it: a 9-year-old is born every day. Or in some cases, "reborn". DBZ may be a kids' show, but it's been so close to so many hearts all over Japan, America, and quite possibly, even the world.
Wow, I didn't notice it was missing!
Another mode that's missing is the training mode where the characters verbally tell you how to do the techniques of the game. It tells you the techniques in Dragon Missions, but it doesn't tell you the buttons you have to press to do it. I got confused when I had to do the mission where you had to do the Pursuit Attack, since I've never played the Shin Budokai games. Luckily, that's what the internet is for.

I guess I'm still used to Budokai 3, because I thought you still had to press Circle and left or right in order to do it. But I have it figured out now. They tell you in the mission details.
Anyways, back on topic. It is quite strange the tournament mode is missing.
I do have to admit though, I think the opening is pretty good. It's not the best one, but it's pretty high up there in DBZ video game openings. Although it's still Hironobu Kageyama, and in Japanese. That in itself is pretty awesome.

Re: Anyone else dissapointed in Infinite World?
From what I saw on youtube, the voice acting sounded pretty good. Though I do wonder if maybe the VA's are sick to death of saying basically the same things over and over. Considering that most people were sick of the cut scene dialog a long time ago.Gozar wrote:Finally, the performances of the FUNi Cast in the cut scenes and all other new stuff is insanely below average. I was especially disappointed with Sean Schemmel. Coming off that stellar Burst Limit performance this game gives me stuff that almost makes Season 3 sound good![]()
And one question: are the mini-games really short? I feel like they are.

Also, someone said before that they were dissapointed in the lack of a long-haired Yamcha costume. I just fought one today, so I'm sure there is one.

I know. But what I mean is, the "catch bubbles" thing in the promos looked like you could probably do it in a few seconds. I just hope they aren't so short that they aren't even worth the load time.Big Momma wrote:Well...they're Mini, my friend.Kid Trunks wrote:And one question: are the mini-games really short? Another question: Does GT Vegeta have SSJ2?

Yes it is strange that they took out the tournament mode. I mean its a really good feature that most people enjoy and plus you can earn zeni too. Like a lot of people weren't huge fans of the dragon rush and they took it out which was great, and people loved the tournament mode and beam struggles... yet they didn't leave those in
... weird. Its like one step foward and two steps back -_-
