WHY IS JHEESE'S HEAD SO CLOSE TO BUTTAH'S LAP?

Wow, these sets look really...dark to me. I'll check later on, but...yeah.

Yeah, I brought this up before. Looks like the same remastering process done with Season One.

These images are legit .png's, and they look closer to Season 6 than Season 1 now. If it were Season 1-like, Goku would have the tanish skin color rather than pink, and it would look blurry as hell.

And not only that, but on my Big Screen TV, it's easy to distinguish the quality between Season 1 and Season 6, and Season 7 looks exactly like Season 6. You can see the grain, and it's far sharper than Season 1. The only episode that looks like it could be in the first 5 sets is episode 218, and that probably has more to do with the animation itself.

Yes the first few episodes maybe, but later on it gets just like season 6. Don't know why people only put bad caps up.

Was mostly referring to the screen caps from the Other World Tournament episodes. :p

Someone brought it up before, but it does look like Season Seven was remastered at different points with different approaches. Mainly cause the episodes after that look muuuuch better.

But the Otherworld episodes look just like Season 6, and the later episodes get better. Trust me. And did you not see the comparison I made between low-quality and high-quality screencaps?

I think that the earlier episodes in this set, up to about the middle of the second disk had crappy prints compared to later episodes.

Oh God, how many times do I have to say it? THE OTHER WORLD TOURNAMENT EPISODES LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE SEASON 6 SET!! This is coming from somebody who actually HAS the set.

They look the same to me too. It must be a better quality master or something.

Dude they really are. You have DBOXes, can you tell me if Goku's shirt is black and not blue? I changed the color and everything, it worked on Bulma's dress (it was black, until I went to movie mode and it turned green with shades of black). It's really bad, this may possibly be the worst set they put out.

And here comes Tanooki with something totally different... Here is a look at how some of season 8 scenes look in wide screen...

Thanks to wide screen, you probley can't tell if Goku is dead or not. His halo will now mostly be off screen.

P.S - So it's come to this? Taking screen shots from different PC DVD players? Really? Come on. Let's not go down that path.
