The movie, unfortunately, is not for everyone. You'll meet some people who say it's one of the best movies ever and others who absolutely hate it.

I am one of the former. But I know many of the latter.

I was disappointed.

Mainly because I enjoyed the video and checked to see if there was more like it, only to find none.

Seriously though, the lip synching was perfect and the scenes used were amusing as hell (especially Chichi and Goku). I've watched this about a few times already and still get a hoot from it.

I was actually attempting to do a quick short of Piccolo and Kami doing Mulan's "I'll make a man out of you" with everyone's training sessions being shown, but of course, YouTube picks up on the audio and denies it every time due to copyrights. >_o

As for further ideas, I dunno, I had trouble myself trying to think of things that would work with certain scenes of DBZ.

I've decided what I'm doing next. I'm going to do a Back to the Future one with Dr. Briefs and Future Trunks. "1.21 Jiggawatts!"

Just finished up my take on the Pulp Fiction scene that's very popular on YouTube. I changed some of the scenes and added extra views and altered the ending. So it's different than the others.

When I first heard this "prank call" I laughed so hard. I listened to it at least 5-times over and laughed every time. I knew I HAD to fit it to Krillin's character. The only obstacle was finding clips of Krillin talking on the phone. Turns out that Krillin is only seen talking on the phone a total of 3 times through out the series. Much to my luck, right at the beginning of the Imperfect Cell Saga, Krillin has a conversation with Bulma and there were plenty of clips to work with. I had to create a few custom frames (the ones with his eyes closed), but other than that it was a perfect fit.
About half-way through working on this video, I discovered another video on YouTube with the exact same concept. The video portion was different though so I went ahead and finished my version.

Also, loved the Pulp Fiction and Big Lebowski ones, two of my favourite movies.

And it is done. After tirelessly searching my music library for a song that fits the spirit of the new special, I have done it. An AMV using footage from "Yo! Son Goku and His Friends Return. It's up on the channel nowchannel.

I don't know if this is the first AMV to use the new special, but surely it ranks among the first few. This song is Nugget by Cake. I'm not sure why I chose the song, other than it just felt right. It is kind of cheery and it has a laid back beat. I think it fits well with the footage. I accidentally stayed up all night working on this one. I was having too much fun making it.
