You know Abo and Cado are lucky Goku got to them before Vegeta did because Vegeta probably would have killed them. On some "Pui Pui" type stuff.
I completely respect your opinion, and I respect you. I enjoyed discussing this with you, even if I don't completely agree.

If we're all here for a reason then I'm just visiting.

Wasn't he born the day Pure Boo died? He'd be alive at this point, but only two years old and Goku wouldn't have met him yet.
I don't know about born, probably concieved. I mean, can you imagine how that would go?

Exchange between Uub's parents:

Mother: gives birth to Uub suddenly*

Father: HOLY FUCK HONEY YOUR SHIT IS ALIVE. IT'S ALIIIIIIVE!! SHOOT IT! IT'S MOVING, OH MY GOD! SHOOOT IIIIIIIITTT!!!!

YES! I take back everything negative I said about the special, okay maybe I'll take back half. It wasn't the most mind blowing DBZ short I've every seen but it was funny and extremely fun to watch. And what's this "lag" everyone speak of? I watched the entire special without any problems. Twice.

Every scene with Master Roshi was pure gold, he will always be on my favorite perverted characters ever (sexy radishes for everyone). I wish I could show you my favorite scene but the people at Jump are clever son-of-bitches, print screen doesn't work!

My only complaint, there should be more of these. And for god sakes, if you're gonna put Lunch in special at least give her a damn line.

Ah, it was nice to see Chichi and the girls again.

Am I the only one who simply loved the way Goku and Vegeta's rivalry was portrayed in this movie? It kind of makes me sad that it wasn't more like that in the actual anime during the Buu arc.

"Vegeta! What's that over there!"

They were almost acting like 8 year olds
Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!

I happen to be one of those with the major lag problems. I got about five minutes or so until lag begins. Sometimes it's better, sometimes worse but I can never get too far until the player decides to time out on me. :? :x
Still the special is pretty damn good so far. I was surprised to see North Kaio, and the gang there too.

Lucky you. My record so far is five seconds into Cha-La before it starts stuttering along frame-by-frame.

It may be because it was just released and so many people are viewing it at the moment. I am sure it is streaming from the net, but I may be wrong. Anybody played if while disconnected?

I'm still having problems with the manga browser and it doesn't give me the "watch this anime" option at the website either...

Sadly, Tenshinhan's voice actor already passed away, so that is probably why they did not include him in the special. Kame-sennin is voiced by his later voice actor; however, he also voiced Kame-sennin for a good portion of the later part of the series, so that does make sense. Tenshinhan has always had the same voice actor and I don't think they wanted to replace him. He was in the opening sequence though. Another explanation could be that he was off with Chaozu somewhere.

I LOVE THIS SPECIAL!!!
This is EVERYTHING I could've asked for.

If only I could print-screen. TT_TT

No way I could've watched it on my laptop (the speed isn't strong enough) so I watched it on the PC. I did have lag, but it wasn't insanely horrible lag. I had to pause and press play again quite often during action sequences though.

I want one of these every year. <3

I would accept Tenshinhan not being there more than any other character anyway, since he's normally absent after the first part Z apart from the larger battles or when he has an important part to play (delaying Cell, stopping Buu from killing Gohan). And, apart from that instance in the Buu arc, he's not in the last portion of Z at all. Still, I'd imagine they just didn't want to replace him, or mabye as a mark of respect to Suzuoki-san.

Only in DBZ episode 82 and 84, Koichi Yamadera pinch-hit for Hirotaka Suzuoki, and that was pretty good. So I wanted him to act Tenshinhan in the SP.

What, only Goku getting offense?
The series doesn't start with the arrival of Raditz. Stop being lazy and watch Dragonball.

I would imagine a little of both, but probably the latter. :( They have another voice actor for Teinshinhan but I suppose they left him out of the special to respect Suzuoki's memory.

I also wanted to mention, I managed to "somewhat" fix the lag issue. When the player begins to buffer, just wait for a few minutes and then press the little arrow on the player and it will eventually start playing. Do this every time it stops. It is also good to let it buffer a bit but hitting the stop button and waiting. Unless someone comes up with something better... this should do. :)
