I was actually about to ask, is there a way to convert this to a .mov file without messing with the quality so I can use iDVD?

I've tried to convert the FLV file to a AVI file, but all the sites I went to host the avi file, had a limit of 100 MB usage for free account, and the file is over that. Oh well, sorry I couldn't upload it, but look at this, there are other ways now xD. There's 4 parts on youtube, Kanzentai's streaming, and the Megaupload FLV one...oh yeah and don't forget Jumpland's. :P

Try Megaupload. You don't even have to be a member to upload and my friend has uploaded files larger than that for me before.

I'll give it a shot.

EDIT: Sweet, it says the maxium MB I can upload is 1024 MB, thanks for the suggestion! I should have it done in a few minutes or hours.

I'm hoping someone posts a lossless .avi conversion, but I'll probably have to do it myself.

.avi is a container, not a codec. It would be best to convert the .flv into x264 with AAC audio and put it in an MKV container.

I'm aware of that, I personally want to be able to display it on my tv via USB, hence the .avi.

Well here's he avi version, not as high quality as the FLV version. Not sure how long this will be up, since I don't have an account in Megaupload. http://www.megaupload.com/?d=2Y6LFQDB

Well, that was pretty awesome. I actually like the old art better over the CG but it was still good. I like how Vegeta and Goku kept going at each other.

Many thanks on the MegaUpload! :3

I have to head to bed in about 15 minutes, so I'm hoping both the avi and flv will be there when I get back from class tomorrow. ^^;

*Will see which file works best for her.*

I've uploaded the whole Special I ripped by myself. It's encoded with x264 codec, so the footage is better...I guess. But I think it's not smooth like the flv Hujio posted on Kanzentai.

x264 video codec, AAC audio codec, MKV container
Dragon_Ball_-_Yo!_Son_Goku_and_His_Friends_Return!!.part1.rar
Dragon_Ball_-_Yo!_Son_Goku_and_His_Friends_Return!!.part2.rar
Dragon_Ball_-_Yo!_Son_Goku_and_His_Friends_Return!!.part3.rar

Okay, do not forget to try to watch the Special on the official browser at first before you download them..

Some comparison with the flv format

The conversion should be pretty simple. Once I have created a good copy, I'll list the tools needed.

I love that young reporter in the middle. I fell in love with her as soon as she hit the screen. :D
Gohan: At least he doesn't have his sword out anymore.
Kuririn: Yeah, and your dad put his finger away too.

Is she a reference to some other anime? She looks...out of place somehow.
