I'd really want some back story on characters. Especially Vegeta. But Toriyama needs to have some involvement. Just to make the fans happy.

Didn't we just get some back story.... with him having a brother and all?

I know what you really mean though.

Eh, we can pretty much piece together his backstory already thanks to all the Freeza Saga flashbacks and the Burdock special.

I want some backstory on Kuririn, Yamcha, Ten, and Chaozu. Though we'll never get it, so meh.

SSJ4 Gogeta.
Well according to Vegeta, everyone’s favorite brain damaged Saiyan is responsible for that disaster.

Some argue that one personality does not dominate the other in fusion but I think GT proved that not to be the case.
GT doesn't prove anything. Rather, GT looks at everything that SHOULD be, laughs at it, and then jumps around screaming how great Goku is.

Like Toriyama did not do that in “Z”? The GT writers were just playing off what was already established, that is an ever-loving Goku-fest.
The Saiyans are very much like the Klingons and Jem'Hadar.

Yeah, that was the only thing that was the downer when I thought about it.

It's a shame. Tenshinhan is such a great character. And I don't like to think that he was always the asshole he was when he first showed up. I'd like to think things are a lot more complicated than him being a bad guy who sees the error of his ways.

After seeing this special I'd now love a Trunks/Vegeta/Tarble/Bulma/Gure story. The fact that there wasn't really any interaction between Trunks and his unlce disapointed me a little. And I'd like to see zero amount of Goku. Not that I dislike him. I just don't find him interesting. And most times hes was on screen it felt so forced, like he had no real reason for being there at all. Like the fact that he was the one who showed Tarble his SSJ form. That should obviously have been Vegeta...

Anyway, yeah, I want some "Briefs Family Adventures" :)

Last time I checked. Goku was not always the main focus in Z. The other stronger characters always got a chance to shine for a while. GT was just like the common movie. Everyone gets their asses kicked and Goku pulls a miracle.

Yeah the other idiot Son Gohan took up the rest of the airtime while every major villain rapes Vegeta.

Gee. Because in the series that I watched. The Cell Era was filled with quote a number of Vegeta heavy episodes and some Trunks heavy ones. Then come Buu it's Trunks/Goten/Gotenks heavy.

Wow, how did you guess?

Seriously, I cannot stand those two characters because there are nothing appealing about them whatsoever. They get all the breaks and they some how break the rules of reality (yes even the rules of Dragonworld), so that everything will come out in their favor.

Vegeta works the hardest and makes the most changes throughout the series and what does he get at the end? Nothing in comparison to the two idiots if that is not the quintessential example of inequitable treatment I do not know what is.

Go figure. The main character and his son have all the fun.

Yeah but Vegeta went through all of that just for Toriyama to have him do something that most would call stupid (yet it coincides with Saiyan psychology for we have seen Kakarrot do things just as stupid), so the idiot duo can save the day as usual.

...Again. Main character and his son.

I am just glad that Vegeta gets the respect he deserves from many fans regardless of the “Idiot Duo” fan club members that are out there. I think this new special demonstrates how big a selfish ass Kakarrot truly is.

In fact I am, please do not get me started talking about the “Toei Punch”. :)

Yes, he was but Vegeta's selfishness was obvious to all at one point but as we saw at the end of the Buu Saga, the special and Dragonball GT all that has changed whereas Kakarrot remained the same.

Horrors. Goku wants to finish off the enemy. Their both Saiyans. They want to fight. What do you expect?
