I decided since I saw Goku signing the Theme Song in Japanese in the end of the Fire Safety and other video, I wanted to trying signing as Kid Goku using the English Adaptation made by FUNimation.
I know near the end things started to go a bit wrong, but I was singing to the tune of the English version, which is just a little different than the Japanese.
Enjoy!
Oh, credit for the video and instrumental go to Super17/colonelsilver.
I think that this is almost as tough as trying to sing as Ryuk (un-believably deep, demonic, pretty much Dub imitation). My Kid Goku voice, is un-believably high compared to my natural voice.

Close enough. A few cracks inyour voice, but it's to be expected. I'm sure I couldn't do any better, so... again, good job.
For all the flack that FUNimation gets on this forum for their quote about DBZ, there's some modicum of truth to it: a 9-year-old is born every day. Or in some cases, "reborn". DBZ may be a kids' show, but it's been so close to so many hearts all over Japan, America, and quite possibly, even the world.
I think you should get comfortable with singing in your own voice first, I don't mean to offend, but that sounded like someone who's voice was breaking was just talking over the music, it was very monotonous and amelondic.
My advice, if you're serious, take some singing lessons, at the very least you'll get an idea of your vocal range and become more comfortable with your own voice, not to mention you'll learn music theory and technique.
Not that I could do any better though

I'm actually in my High School's Chorus... Yeah, I know I got to get comfortable with my singing voice outside of School. Doesn't help that this was the first time I tried signing in this voice. Also, recording it at 3 AM doesn't help. I gotta stop doing that. But, yes. You have very good, legit points.Captain Awesome wrote:I think you should get comfortable with singing in your own voice first, I don't mean to offend, but that sounded like someone who's voice was breaking was just talking over the music, it was very monotonous and amelondic.
