What is the name of the insert song from DBZ episode 20

Hi, I just started watching the Japanese version for the very first time (other than one extremely poor fansub tape) and while I was watching episode 20 I noticed that I have never heard the insert song that plays while Kaio-sama is telling Goku about the Saiyans. Can someone tell me the name of this song?
