Next Double Feature to be Movies 7 & 9 (And GT Season 2)

Honestly they should've put Bojack, #13, or Gohan on the cover of Movies 7 and 9.

So, is the school of thought that FUNimation fucked up the order so they could release a Broli double/triple feature, or so people that bought the movie 8 and 10 Blu-Ray won't have to re-purchase those movies?.

I dunno, both, maybe. The Broly Blu-Ray release didn't really seem like anything serious. Just testing the Hi-Def waters, and doing so with one of the more popular characters. If we get a Broly "Triple Feature" DVD set like most of us suspect, I'd expect a Blu-Ray release right along with it like the other Double Features up 'til now.

The Blu Ray release also didn't have a dub track with the Japanese BGM correct?

Ah yes, I forgot about that. Yeah, there's a big reason. Especially for movie 8, which is remarkably well-dubbed.

FUNimation has to know that Vegeta is from the Cell saga. They used that same image in the season five box set!

I don't have a problem with this set, but I really hope they don't pull this with Fusion Reborn and Wrath of the Dragon. I already bought Movie 13, I don't want to buy it again just to get Movie 12.

Same deal with Season Two of GT and the special, which I also bought by itself.

It just seems like buying it earlier means nothing now that it's packed with something else.

For some reason, Amazon is listing the Movie 7 on the disc ("Super Android 13" in dub terms, even says so on their boxart image) as "Android Assault". God knows why.

I think I might've preferred that to the movie's actual dub title, actually. At least it has more effort put into it than just naming a character, plus it sound more kinda... dynamic?

As much as I love the Japanese version, its title is completely arbitrary. Oh, Toei. xD

Amazon should have done the dub titles.

No really though, I prefer FUNi's title. It's strange though that Amazon would fuck up the title, when it's clearly on the cover, but who knows? The world has turned inside out and nothing makes sense anymore.
