He broke it himself. When he realised that the humans can hide thier power levels, he took off his scouter and crushed it because it was useless.

Well, there goes my otherwise watertight theory.

Actually he took it off first, and then placed it back on when the Z senshi claimed they could feel Goku approaching. After reading Goku's battle power, he crushed it in anger.

Isn't that supposed to be "air-tight" theory?

Water-tight is also allowable. It's almost-but-not-quite-as-good as air-tight.

Okay, I'm convinced Budokai 3 may very well be the only good anime fighting game this year, I got Yu Yu Hakusho:Dark Tournment and most of my hopes were crushed...

Budokai 3 better be damned better than 1+2 combined!

More good news!

For those of you who pre-order Budokai 3, you'll also receive the manga "The Adventures of Son Goku", the first dragon ball issue I believe (which is good news for me, since I don't have many) and ten GT playing cards, including one "Hi-Tech" card. Which is good I guess if you're into the card game...

Even better, I think the "Collectors Edition" of Budokai 3 will come with all the above, in addition to all the stuff that was already coming with it (chibi Broli, Making od Budokai 3 movie, preview of DBZ Saga Evolution) AND...A new cover? It looks better than just Goku's face and fist anyways. Now I really can't wait. :D

*hugs his new issue of Shounen Jump*

This has both an ad for Budoukai 3 and an article for it at the back of the magazine, along with a cover for the game.

If anyone wants, I'll be glad to scan either the cover or the entire article.

I would really appreciate both; I don't think I'm getting the new issue for awhile. I'm assuming there's nothing new though.

THE DINOSAUR!

PICCOLO'S ARM STRETCHED!

God, these games (while still mediocre fighting games, at best) are such a fanboy's wet-dream incarnate...

Damn it! I hate to see them go with such a lazy design for the box art! I really thought that they would do some cool Toei art like the previous two Bodokais...

That ad for Budokai 3 looked so damn lazy, anyone with even the simplest amount of photoshop could've done better, not to mention the screenshot was an ugly one to begin with.

How many chapters of One Piece in this one?
(Yeah, I know it's off topic for both this forum and for DaizEX in general, but I'm a moderator, so nyah. :P )

I could do a better ad in Paint in 12 seconds.

Found a new video, hope it hasn't been shown here already. Here's the direct download. It doesn't really show anything new but it's a nice video.

Edit- Forgot to say when you download it, use "Save Target as". It won't work otherwise.
