Acquired goodies from the past two - three months.
Got these figures as a souvenirs/early Christmas presents from some relatives in Hong Kong.

Love em' to death for these gifts.
Games:

Still haven't gotten around to giving Infinite World a go', in the absence of our television set.
A birthday gift from my ex-girlfriend back in August:

Seriously in dying need of completing the REALWORKS figures.
Personal Christmas gifts to myself:

Just smexy. If only that Bunny suit figure could've seen a release in December. Ah well.
These babies arrived in the mail a day before Christmas Eve. Fucking brilliant.

Based on two reviews on this board, I was pretty worried about receiving a faulty package. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to acquire the sets without any faults with the discs or packaging. My suggestion would be to pick up these babies straight from Madman's main website.
Some old goodies:
Viz' Dragonball Manga collection:

Front row: Movies/TV Specials/series DVD collection (thus far)

Nice wall scroll. I happen to have the same one (though slightly zoomed in) in my dorm.
A small question on the Madman releases, though. Do they ship to the US? I've been dying to finish up the DB series for some time and figured those releases are my best shot at the moment.

I hear that if you run the joints through warm, or hot water it supposedly makes for an easier assembling job, as opposed to forcing the joints together dry.Tanooki Kuribo wrote:Snail, good luck putting that Super Saiyan Goku together. I just got that one and it was a pain in the ass.

Hopefully I'll have another $200 to spit up after I buy a PS3.
Thanks!Kendamu wrote:Awesome wall scroll, Snail.
From what I recall, they ship internationally. For further inquiries though their contact information is on their official site:DaemonCorps wrote:Nice wall scroll. I happen to have the same one (though slightly zoomed in) in my dorm.

Also, on a somewhat related note, I'm planning to sell these sometime in January:

Yeah, ditto on that. I would like somea that Red Ribbon saga stuff.
For all the flack that FUNimation gets on this forum for their quote about DBZ, there's some modicum of truth to it: a 9-year-old is born every day. Or in some cases, "reborn". DBZ may be a kids' show, but it's been so close to so many hearts all over Japan, America, and quite possibly, even the world.
The best you're going to get is the old boxed single releases from Madman, I've seen a few of those around in JB-HI-FI, I was actually thinking of picking them up and trying to sell them individually online.SonGokuGT wrote:Snail,
I was just wondering if the "Saga of Goku" 2-disc set is still available somewhere. I checked Madman and all they had were the Fat-pack box sets.

I'm very interested in picking up the first set... Let me know if you decide to sell the sets.Captain Awesome wrote:The best you're going to get is the old boxed single releases from Madman, I've seen a few of those around in JB-HI-FI, I was actually thinking of picking them up and trying to sell them individually online.SonGokuGT wrote:Snail,
