This is a bootleg, correct? (eBay auction link)

I'm pretty sure it is because of the catalog # (GGG-166, I think) being different from the one in this site's music database (FCMM-5035). And I see "SM" on the obi strip, which has to stand for SonMay; the all knowing bootleg company. And on top of all this, the seller has it priced at $1.99 each (brand new), and he has 8 available. That's kind of cheap don't you think? If this in fact a bootleg, then I would imagine an original copy going for a lot more. I'm assuming an original copy is rare to come by nowadays.

Yup. The SM is a dead giveaway.
For all the flack that FUNimation gets on this forum for their quote about DBZ, there's some modicum of truth to it: a 9-year-old is born every day. Or in some cases, "reborn". DBZ may be a kids' show, but it's been so close to so many hearts all over Japan, America, and quite possibly, even the world.
Yea, if you see SM on the cover, it's a bootleg. SM stands for SonMay, a pretty popular bootleg company.

I thought so. The low price had me thinking twice as well. I almost bought it.

So are these movie soundtracks pretty rare right now? I would imagine them selling for much more than $1.99.
