VegettoEX is one of the most respect men in the anime community. I think he's more than competent enough to run this forum. I'm sure if he wanted an off topic board, one would be here. But there is really no need for it being as people would talk about other stuff more and Dragonball would be left behind. People come back to Daizex cause they want to. Personally I like it here. Besides the Anime Network's forum, this is the most mature and well run in the anime community. Some anime sites and their forums are quite piss poor if you ask me. If you don't like, go to Funi's forum.

I already explained how you're a social cancer for believing this(not that I came close to using this forum as a diary), but honestly, show me some equally active DB forums where people can actually spell, and unlike here, comprehend logic, and I'll be that little bit happier. I've spent the last few hours searching and I've found next to nothing. You'd be amazed how small the internet can be.

I posted a thread almost identical to this on a non-DB forum about some other figures I ordered that didn't arrive. Guess what? Nobody few off the handle, and I continue to be a productive member there.

The fact that VegettoEX has survived online for a decade and established the PREMIER Dragonball forum online says a lot. He has a basic set of rules and morons that don't follow them get their walking papers. This elimination of the moron factor creates a stable posting environment. I doubt he is gonna change his rules for you. So fucking what your e-feelings are hurt. That isn't my fault or anyone elses. I say if you expect everyone to be nice to you on the internet, you're bound to be shocked.

Generally speaking, while I disagree with the views and such of many people here, most of them are willing to put in the effort to help you if you have a genuine inquiry. Hell, since joining this board, my Dragon Ball collection has increased dramatically, just because of how the people on this board make me want to try harder to be the best fan I can possibly be. Sure, it feels a little impersonal at times, but it's not like there isn't a PM button. If there's someone you feel like talking to, I'm sure the person won't report you to the admin for seeing if they want to chat or add you on msn.
