What's your BIGGEST mess-up regarding Dragonball?

My cousin believes that there is a Xena/Dragonball crossover to this day.

Akira Toriyama wrote Akira. He also named it after himself.

Actually believing those articles in those Australian magazines that said things like "Vegeta turns SSJ3 in one of the movies" or "In Super 17 saga, Pan has no choice but to transform into a Super Saiyan."

Oh, and back in 2001, I believed in AF.

I also thought that Kid Goku in GT was a strangely still short Goten, when I saw them on some tattoos.

Wow! I had that issue too, here in New Zealand. I'd already seen GT, so I was stunned at how wrong that part was.
