Dragonball live action movie? (IMDB new entry)

I know... I've read The Buzz
"FACT: There is no longer an IMDB entry for the live-action movie.
There used to be an entry on the IMDB (located here, which no longer exists) for the live-action movie. In fact... there used to be two! They listed Roland Emmerich (Independence Day, The Day After Tomorrow) as the director, and 2004 as a probable release. These pages no longer exist. This is evidence that somewhere, somehow, at least these plans were scrapped".
But recently I found the new IMDB entry which doesn't include much info, but it has a 2007 probable release.

Interesting news for sure, it seems the movie is far from dead, despite what anyone's said.

Actually, it's like Phoenix in X-Men. It dies and comes back repeatedly.
