Nope, that was completely real my perverse, disrespectful friend.

Anyway, favourite fights, I forgot to mention that even though the fighting between Gotenks and Super Buu got tedious at times, Piccolo's reactions to it all were some of the funniest in the series I think. Although I also pitied him greatly at the same time. ^^

Yah, it was the hilarity of the fight between Gotenks and Boo that made it one of my favorites. Gotenks' ridiculous attack names, his even more ridiculous repetitive-ness, and Piccolo watching as heaven gets destroyed to the last piece is one of the funniest moments in DB.

DB

Goku vs Bulma's Car. No explanation necessary.

Kuririn vs Bacterian. Gross humor without the prepubescent peeing seen in DBZ!

Goku vs Tao Pie Pie, 2nd time. When Goku gets serious, he really does kick ass.

Goku vs Grandpa Gohan. Comic. The fact that the two are more or less equal really made me wonder just how powerful Goku's grandpappy really was. It also makes the battle a lot more meaningful, seeing as how Goku was at the height of his power (at the time).

DBZ

Goku vs Vegita, first time. Blablabla Vegita is cool blabla Kaioken blablabla earth shattering violence.

Goku (regular) vs Freeza. Comic version. More of a playful bout than a serious battle, really. Freeza is more excited about fighting an opponent who's actually strong as opposed to seriously dealing with enemies that only piss him off. Freeza takes his time with beating the stuffing out of Goku when he gets the upper hand, as well, earning him style points.

SSj Vegita vs Android 18. Vegita shows off his strength for about half the fight. We then see what has to be one of the best villain-driven beatdowns in Dragon Ball, ever. If there's one thing Android 18 can do, it's shove Vegita's pride right up his ass.

Goku vs Majin Vegita. A well-animated spectacle in which the two basically beat the crap out of each other in a truly painful way. (Of course, that filler bit with Vegita driving Goku towards the stalactite is just plain silly...)

DBGT

Goku, Trunks, Pan, and Giru vs the Bonpara Bros. I love the Bonpara Bros. They're the most original villain to come out of DBGT, and I really do wish we saw more of them beyond appearances in about three or four episodes. It's also one of the more original ways we've seen Goku and co get the stuffing beaten out of them. One can only wonder how Vegita would've taken it...!

Goku vs Bebi Vegita (on Earth). Goku gets the crap beaten out of him in a very, very painful fashion. This was during the time in DBGT where Goku's level of power made a bit more sense in comparison to everything else (unlike later on where his base form suddenly becomes the most powerful thing ever).

That is a grammatically correct sentence, but i suppose i had better turn it into words evn Mr GW Bush would understand.

Swearing is the worst thing a society with a large vocabulary can use. ack and i just noticed that typo in there >.<

Any way I forgot to add Buu Vs Gotenks in the time chamber, and i ain't even going to attempt to spell the other part of that rooms name.

As for how vegeta would of taken a beating by the brothers it.....hmmmmm....!

Whoa, didn't mean to sound like I was American-bashing too much. Great country, so on, so forth. Anyway, favorite fights...

The Freeza and Goku fight on Namek kind of sucked for the most part in the anime, didn't it? The animation was not good through the vast majority of it, and it was dragged on for such an insane extent of episodes. And it rarely had that IMPACT that some of the attacks in other fights had, nor any memorable highlights (forgetting dub randomness). The manga was much better.

The "dragging on" of fights doesn't always ruin things, though. I thought Kid Buu versus Goku was great in the animated version, as was Majin Vegeta versus Goku (in spite of one silly part).

Favourite fights...

1) Captain Ginyu vs. Goku, I'm sure no one else would use this as their no. 1!

2) Goku vs. Tenshinhan (1st), This is the probably the first time in the series where it started to take on a more serious tone. The anime tended to lengthen the fight at the wrong times(Goku gets frozen by Chaoz/Chaotzu 4 or 5 times (as I recall) unlike 2 or 3 in the manga), so I liked the manga version better.

3) Goku vs. Vegeta, The proud prince vs. the lowly traitor!

4) Captain Ginyu/Jeece vs. Krillin/Gohan/Goku/Vegeta
Well that was quite a mouthful! Although this "battle" probably has 5 different fights in it, I found the unique scenarios (who is Ginyu going to try and change with next) to be quite interesting!

O.o first i'm a brit and I seem to recall most of us tend to have large vocabularies (think i spelt that wrong), I know most of you on this site are american and all so I can understand the fact I was generalised into that.

Meh anyway, just saw another fight, well not really a fight but something i enjoyed anyway.
