Against a erupting volcano? I don't remember that, could anyone tell me when that happen?

Tenshinhan, Yamcha, Chaozu, and Kuririn wander into a village on their training journey. The village is holding an annual festival devoted to their mountain god, that just happens to be a volcano. To test their new strength, they decide to try and prevent it from destroying the village. They try a whole bunch of things, but it finally ends with somebody creating a trench that diverts the flow of the lava.
