GT Episode guide query...

This might be an utterly silly nitpick, but is this the best description?
19 - Originally Aired: 17 July 1996
出陣!! 最強ミュータント • リルド
Shutsujin!! Saikyô Myûtanto • Rirudo
Headed for Battle!! The Mightiest Mutant, Rilld
(A General Uprising)
Goku fights General Rilld, they both power up to maximum; Trunks turned to metal.
It sort of bothers me as Son doesn't actually 'power up to maximum', just transforms (I believe).

We all know that Broly is the only one who's power is maximum.

Well, the description is just to make it sound exciting.
