I just watched the corresponding Ocean Dub episode to this (well, one of them) and it opened at Ocean Nappa's "...maybe even 2 bundles" comment. I can totally see where some of TFS Nappa was pulled from. XD

What videogame was that Kuririn part pulled from? I have no idea. ^^;
The "limit" thing sounds like something I've heard of before, but not from a game I've ever played.

Seeing a new episode of Dragon Ball Z Abridged is like waking up Christmas morning and seeing presents under the tree.

Much love, TeamFourStar.

"Not gonna lie guys, dick move..... dick move"

That part was especially hilarious because I find myself saying that in real life quite frequently.

Three minutes in.

Chaozu's death = best joke in the series so far.

When the guy who was playing Tenshinhan had to do "serious" scenes he was actually really good.

Yeah, Gan's Ten has the Ocean stiffness but the FUNi emotion.

Oxymoron, much?

Either way, this was utter hilarious. I loved the use of Ki-Kô-Hô!

Pretty good episode. My favorite bit was the "WAIT WU-" before Chaozu's death.

But it felt like I was watching a true to the original fandub and not an abridged series in some parts. Hell, you even kept Kikohou.

The voice work for Tenshinhan was pretty damn good if I do say so myself.

And I was shocked when I didn't hear a "JUST YOU WAIT 'TIL IT GROWS BACK" joke. Guess that would have just been predictable.

It's still a parody though? You're allowed to cash in with that... right?... As far as I know you'd win if you had to go to court over it.

That's what I learned from Weird Al Yankovic, he said he doesn't need anyone's permission to pardoy a song, but he doesn't want to waste time in court so he actually gets on the original artists good side and gets their permission before he records anything.

I'd love to see a video of the TFS cast singing "Head-Cha-La" :D

Anyway, 8 is loading now, and I'm sure I won't be dissapointed!

I loved the "I can fly" bit. Genius. Nappa continues to steal the show as THE best character in the entire shindig.

OK, things that stood out for me...

Saw the "Self-Destruct" joke coming from a mile away, but it was still funny. :P

"KURIRIN... LIMIT... BREAAAAAAAAAK!!!"

You kept Ki-Ko-Ho! OMGWTF!! :D

"I can't BELIEVE IT..." "AUURGGHHH..." I didn't get it at first, then five seconds later I did.

Fan-dabby-dozy episode, put the next one up either today or tomorrow! Right now would be nice [/jk] :P

We actually kept the Ki-Ko-Ho because Tri-Beam is...

Well, it's a lame name. We get it, he puts his hands in a triangle, he has three eyes, but it's not an accurate representation of the attack. It makes a SQUARE HOLE.

As far as other attacks go, the Kienzan may very well be called the Destructo Disc, even though that name is... entirely cringeworthy. It's a matter of what's more recognizable, as well.

His hands make a kite shape, not a triangle.

Then they should call it the Kite Beam. I can hear it now. "TAKE THIS YOU! KITE BEAM HA!!!!" No but seriously...Ki-Ko-Ho is fine.
