I distinctly remember him making a triangle in his fight against Second Form Cell. Was that because it was the Shin Ki-Ko-Ho... ?

Edit: Though, now that I'm taking a look at some others, it's a little rounder than that, so perhaps you're right on the kite-shape.

Oh-die-well. It's the Kikoho now anyway. =D

It's a kite there too, I just checked, and the hole he makes is the same shape.

A subtle nuance that does seem to change now and then is that the animators will sometimes draw his pinkies touching and sometimes they won't. When you do it yourself in real life though it feels a lot more natural to do it with the pinkies not touching. :P

"Ah! Nope! It's the the kikoho! Pinkies aren't touching..."

Oh, man, if anyone gets that crude joke, God bless ya and damn me. XD

The joke about Pavlov's dogs was funny, but I found the extension of the joke to be a bit of a downer. =p

Kienzan could be kept...if only by using a cool subtitle text to explain any difference between the two versions...

...or just let people connect the dots. Who knows...

Well, it's a lame name.
That didn't stop you from using Special Beam Cannon. :P You made a funny joke out of it though, so it's understandable.

I could imagine that the sentence I quoted above would be fine as a hook for a decent joke :P

As much as I love the series, it seems like it's stuck between the two versions, "Tri-beam" is lame, but "Tien" isn't?.

I was hoping it would at least be addressed with a joke like the Makankosappo was.

I think they are just picking and choosing their battles as to what makes the best joke. The same reason they probably didn't do anything with "this three eyed cowboy is in for one last ride!" or "just wait until it grows back!" they have been done to death and are expected from the audience.
Aro started to laugh. “Ha, ha, ha,” he chuckled.- Actual quote from Twilight

That and retaining Ten's seriousness also added to the humor...from other characters.

Well, actually, the whole thing with Tenshinhan is Tien that, Tien is like a Nick-name in this one. They openly address him as Tenshinhan, but in instances where we need something shortened to make the joke flow better, it's Tien.

You'll have to jump through hoops to make your point, KaiserNeko.

What exactly does it filter? I know it does Hercule and Tien, but what else?

^ Heh, darn word filter.

The latest episode was awesome as always. I'm sure you guys get this a lot, but just what will you guys do once Nappa bits the dust? I can see you guys keeping him a la something like Ben Kenobi in Star Wars, or maybe you'll just move that kind of humor to a new character. Then again, I'm not that big on people giving in to what the fans have to say (at least in some cases) so just ignore me and do whatever you think's best :).

I noticed that you guys really did Tenshinhan some justice in this episode, ignoring all his cheesy dub lines and treating his scenes more like an actual fan dub that wasn't a parody. Good on that.

I also noticed that Yajirobe's only been seen in the music video. I'm guessing you guys don't have that many plans for him?
