I think Fox noticed his site was getting a shit load of hits, new it would be good for marketing, contacted him with info.

Seriously, in all seriousness, I think that Chatku will be the best we will get in the movie.
Looking at the characters, it's like they remade them to look more "real" and less "cartoony", hence the different look.

Maybe that's why they use the name Evolution, Goku and the others have Evolved.
From being Goku, he evolves into Chatku. Then he'll evolves into Supchku (Super Chatku).
Goku -> Chatku -> Supchku
Just like in Pokémon.

It's the same for the Ful Lums. Who's to say that they don't speak? But come on, if this movie screws up a lot of things, it can't be Shenlong. And ya know, I'm 100% sure that Shenlong will indeed speak. He wouldn't be Shenlong if he didn't.

Well you have a point, there. If you're referring to him being raised in the woods in this film, then it'd seem that he's at least been raised in a house pretty far away from most humans. Basically in the woods. Just look at his house in the trailer that was shown. He looks like he lives in a pretty old-fashioned way.

Shen Long is more mysterious than in the anime. Whether or not he'll speak is anyone's guess.

Didn't you watch Pokémon as a kid?

The Ful Lums look like the grunts in Power Rangers, who made strange sounds. Maybe they'll do similar sounds, or only make a "sheeeee!" sound.

The Ful Lums are more like Saibamen than anything else. And Shenlong's screen time really doesn't need to be long. As long as he's there with Dragon balls, wishes, and a voice, I'm cool with it.

Shenron looks really cool

I'm excited now, and I saw the Ozaru(sorry if its spelled wrong) and I'm really pumped. I know this movie doesnt follow the manga too closely but If I wanted it to be 100% of the manga Id just read the manga. this is an evolved form(hence the name) of dragonball, a new interpretation and I'm excited...plus it comes out on my 2 year anniversary(my girlfriends a big fan too) so this is going to be a really fun movie regardless of how good/bad it is...
