I know that SOMEWHERE I have the ending theme in English, but it came from wavethemes.org so its just a compressed MPEG 3 WAV.

However, if it takes me too long to find the ending for you Amuro, you can at least "order" it from them. They use an e-mail request system, so it'd be no different from me sending it to you.
