3. DBZ is racist

No, really it is. Have you seen Mr. Popo? The main thing that makes me say this is the Super Saiyan transformation. For those of you that don’t know, going Super Saiyan was when some of the Saiyan characters (Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, etc.) increased their power level. They weren’t really different except for two things: they had blonde hair and blue eyes.

Just what excactly were they trying to say to viewers? I could be wrong (which I rarely am), but this seems very very suspicious. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Nazis were involved somehow.
Really bad reasons.

oh my god
Also, in Japanese, their screams while powering up to Super Saiyan translate to "White Power!"

Just remember, not everybody is going to like everything. The best thing you can do to these people and their websites is just ignore them.

I have to hide my love for Dragon Ball from my grandma. She's a fundie and she says that Dragon Ball is created by satan.

Break out some subbed Cell Games or 25th Tenkaichi Tournament episodes to convince her otherwise.

:P And record her freaking out so we can all see it on Youtube :D . Man these people are seriously no-lifes. It's quite disturbing actually, My guess is they have ran out of child porn or something equally as wrong as that.

I don't like James Bond, But you don't see me spreading up hate websites saying he is the devil, and all this shit.

Can't these people get jobs cleaning the pavements or something? I understand they are entitled to their opinions, But they should at least back it up with the right information first. (I had not actually read how stupid they were until you guys posted them.)
"Ok, use your instincts Kakarott. Right or Left? (Hmmm... I'd have to say... left.) Good. Then I'm going right!" (Vegeta to Goku as they try to find their way to free the others inside Buu - Episode: The Innards of Buu)

Back in the day I came across this anti-Vegeta site. Even though I like Vegeta, the site did amuse me because of the funny comments.
Edit: Wow, it actually still exists. XD *click*

The thing with any sites like this is... well... they only get attention if you give them attention.

With fandom and general interests of this scale, there isn't enough deep-rooted hatred to sustain these sites for any extreme length of time, interest, or devotion. They come and go like the wind. They're a passing curiosity at best.

Honestly, as a fairly young American, I was originally sort of bothered by the crowds crying out "Satan!" over and over again. =p

Er... so you have knowledge of the series almost comparable to Herms, yet you don't... blah?

I just don't get it. :?

Yeah... but that's true of anything negative like trolls or hate-sites. If they don't get a reaction they'll eventually give up (well unless they're really sad :P .)

Me neither.

Anyway, I'm totally the type that goes ''the less attention you give these kind of things, the better it is'', but you have to read this! It seems like the author is being serious, but either way, the article has been put in the ''humor'' category which I think is appropriate because I did laugh my ass off. It's yet another proof of just how...sad? stereotypical?...ignorant? people (on the Internet) can be.

Well, anything where a guy believes this stuff is real and tries to prove it is always good for a cringe inducing LOL.

I loves me some parody and mocking some of the tropes and less inspired moments is fair game to me.

I used to watch the show 15-20 years ago, and I read the manga for a few years until it ended. So I guess "I know stuff" (the fact I can read Japanese definitely helps).
That doesn't make me a "hardcore fan" or anything like that though. There's some nostalgia, and I acknowledge the huge influence Dragon Ball has had on shônen manga, but I also think I've read much, much better.
