DragonBall Z: Shin Budokai is awesome. That's based on a movie :P

While not quite "awesome", it is really good (especially compared to the sequel; *shudders*), but really, the plot of Movie 12 was so bent out of shape in that game that it's almo--

Obviously I'm hallucinating and the Cell I'm seeing should really be Bulma. They're obviously illustrations for another Yamucha the Spouse Abuser fan fiction.

Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, Dissidia: Final Fantasy and God of War: Chains of Olympus (are three that come to mind without hesitation) would like to have a word with you.

I agree they look great (played and loved GoW, plan on getting Dissidia), but you can't expect EVERY game to push its respective system to its limits. Like I said, the game's visuals look "above-average," not "fantastic" or "the best evar."

I wouldn't expect them to push the system to the limits (though, admittedly, the PSP architecture isn't hard to push, being built on stuff that's been around quite a while), but the models look fairly bland to me. Granted, these could just be early development shots and not a final product, but still...

Dissidia is fun, btw. You'll like it quite a bit.

I'm sure I will. Crisis Core looked good, but I'd heard a lot of reports that the gameplay was pretty bland and uninteresting. Like you COULD mix it up if you wanted to, but practically all you had to do to win was just continuously press X.

Dissidia looks much more fun. I think it'd be worth upgrading to a 2000 so the load times don't keep killing me.

(new promotional shot of Bulma on dbthemovie.com)

Hawt.

In retrospect, concerning the casting choice atleast; the only upsets were Chatwin and Chung.

(By the way could you upload it to tinypic.com instead of from dbthemovie).
I agree, by the way I never noticed the dyed hair before. I guess that was not enough for the hardcore fans.
The Saiyans are very much like the Klingons and Jem'Hadar.

I hate to sound like a whiny purist, but I wonder if the Capsule Corporation logo is anywhere on her clothes.

Really, minor things like that that let me know it's Dragon Ball are more important to me than, say, identical hairstyles.

Yeah, I remember when that was first noticed, and at first a lot of fans complained that it wasn't enough, but I know that myself and a fair amount of others realized that it was a pretty nice nod to the original... and that completely blue hair would look retarded, even to us fans, when we inevitably take the time to look at this movie realistically.

Speed Racer would beg to differ.
