Reasoning:
1) Pola and Roid get attacked by King Nikochan when reaching Earth. Thus we know it to take place in the same continuity as DB since King Nikochan is a Dr Slump character. Kaioshin mentions that Boo's egg was put on Earth when mankind was still a bunch of apes, which the daizenshuu lists as being at this time. It is implied in Pola and Roid that the Gorillas Adam and Eve are the ancestors of the apes that mankind evolved from.
I'll come back to this later. The AWAWA World years don't add up.
