Odd. He's called "Ii Shenron" in the Blue Water dub. I wonder where this "Li" thing came from

About the PAL version having FUNI voices, it seems Sony doesn't want ANY European PS2 game to feature Japanese voices.

I've seen the French site. Definatly DB Goku (Nyoi-Bo extend!), that's the best one and the one I've been hoping for. To make it sweeter, they should (must) add in the Kinto'un!

For the VA, I for one like the Jap voices. But people like my little brother don't. Either an overall vote or they'd like to understand what they're saying! I don't mind the English one, but if the Jap. was included as an option, SELECT!

Ya its not like the Budokai games take up much space on a dvd to begin with, even with all the cinemas (Budokai 1). A Bi-Lingual option would of been nice.

The Budokai 2 European version V/A was rubbish. Incase nobody knew the Dub is Computer Generated anyway, and is likely the same for Budokai 3.

Oh yeh seeing as there is that flight mode, chibi goku probably will have nimbus, unless its GT chibi goku? :?: :?:

Soul Calibur II, a game that has everything x 10 when compared to Budokai, has a bilingual option... why not Budokai 3? Why not keep Japanese vocals for the opening song? Is it a sin? JEEBUS!

I also noticed that.

But Goku's staff looks excellent.

And I agree it would be better to have the Japaniese voices like in the first game. However I would like it if they had more subs. In DBZB1 they only had subs during the story mode. The voice over for the options, pre and post fight taunts etc. weren't subbed so I had no bloody idea what they were saying!

In story mode, the subs weren't the same as the dialect; like Kinto'un being called Muscle (kinniku) cloud, Lucky Day for Oh-No (I think), swears like "You Aunt Sallies!" and some more!

With bilingual options, one must watch how they are and if the subtitles are accurate to translating the Japanese audio. For example, if you were to play "Sonic Adventure" with the spoken dialogue as Japanese, and the written as English they don't always match up. One line will read, "I am Dr. Robotnik,", yet at the same time you clearly hear, "Dr. Eggman."

Game's coming out this Friday here in Europe, and I guess I'll buy it (for my little bro. while he's at school) while buying other stuff! Though not for me, I'm getting excited in playing the game!

Yeah, I know. I looked around Game to see if I could see it (I wasn't planning to buy it though), and I couldn't.
