The audio is from Team Fortress 2. Sometimes when the Scout gets healed from the Medic he would say that entire line including the bonk. I thought of that line when Dende healed Vegeta and it made perfect sense. Then I made a play on words with "What does the scouter say about his power level?" It worked out too perfectly actually.
