Since it was referred to as "sandwiched between the awesome bug form and the [...] Perfect form), the semi-Complete form must be what SGK was referring to.

I find this ironic: The ugliest form claims to be the most beautiful(Or just plain beautiful). It reminds me of the demons from Yu Yu Hakusho calling the humans hideous.

Damn I could never stand that version. Imperfect was neat and perfect was at least a good design, but that nasty flat face and the random addition of orange... urgh.

Everything about this form is great, except the face. The eyes are fine, but why is there an iron boulder squeezed into the middle of his face? Jesus, that looks painful!

Is that a jockstrap on his chin?! Toriyama has some explaining to do.

Anyway, why does Toriyama like this form? The perfect form's face is well...perfect compared to this one.

Because it lets him do his African stereotype of large lips without him actually being black so no one will censor it in any country, of course!

Toriyama most likely loves 2nd-Form because compared to the other two, it's less serious looking. If not for his power, who the hell would take 2nd-Form Cell seriously?

Toriyama doesn't do serious, f'sho.
