I just picked up DragonBall Saga sets 5-9.2 for 60 bucks from my local comic store. Former rentals, but they're in great condition.

I purchased that, and received Daizenhuu 4 (World Guide) yesterday.

There are no home releases of the "international" Ocean dub, if you did buy something, it's a bootleg.

Can it really be considered "bootlegging" if there is no official release for that dub?

Yes.

Unless they had permission from AB (or whomever that has distribution rights for that region), it's a bootleg by definition.

That stinks. If I wanted to buy more Ocean/Blue Water DBZ, I'd buy those bootlegs, though. If they're not going to make real releases, I don't see anything wrong with buying them from somewhere else.

I just ordered a bunch of what I assume are small DragonBall X One Piece figures from PlayAsia because I had $150 on a prepaid credit card, and what I wanted was only about $127 with shipping and stuff.

Honestly Toei should just grant a company like Vivendi to release sets of those dubs solely in Canada and the UK. They're edited, so they technically can't compete with FUNimation's release.

Well, my DVD came in. 22nd Budoukai FTW. :-P

EDIT: Sorry, I was rushing so I didn't go in-depth.

Anyways,

FANTASTIC DVD. 18 explosive uncut episodes :-). I got it in the mail about 11 o' clock yesterday and finished this morning! Now to watch the Japanese version :-D.

How'd it taste?
Gohan: At least he doesn't have his sword out anymore.
Kuririn: Yeah, and your dad put his finger away too.

Well, this new edition is a pure fangasm, considering the fact that I only owe the very first -and shitty - version :

Yeah, pretty lame, I know

So, what do we have here ?
The book is much bigger, the quality of the parer is better too. Colored pages (in CMYK and in only 2 colors), new translation, it's well printed too (nothing like the previous edition).

Pure bliss. :P

Oh, and it costs 10 € (13 US $)
