Hi, finally the time for me to ask too:D
When i was watching Dragon Ball series, 21st Tenkaichi Budokai arc, the narrator read Goku's name as Mago-Gosora San. Can someone know why? Is it again because of Chinese/Japanese reading?

空 is actually written as kū, kû, kuh, or kuu (depending on the type of romanization), not ku. Also, because of the different types of romanization, you sometimes see Gokuh, Gokū, etcetera. Gokou is used a lot too, but that's not really romanization; it's just an alternate spelling with the same pronounciation. Same with Goku.
