I was wondering if anyone had any comparison stills of the latest Funi double features to that of Toei's Dragon Box releases? I recently bought the Android 13/Bojack Blu-Ray, and I figured I'd start to collect these, but there were some scenes that looked questionable to me.
I know these movies were animated in 4:3 but supposedly were intended for a 16:9 presentation, though some of the shots looked like a really bad cropping job. One in particular that comes to mind featured Super Saiyan Trunks in "Super Android 13", where he is hovering but is completely cropped out of the shot.
I was curious if it was like this in the Toei release as well, or if Funi just fucked up the framing. If that is the case I'd say it's a very poor decision on Funi's part to not match the framing to that of the Japanese release.
