<__< Depends on what you're looking for. I paid almost $60 for Sweet Pea (Pink Palace, book 4 of 5 in the 'Soap Opera' series), Head Cha La's start at $25 and explode from there, and all of my recent Taku Fusamichi books have been at least $30 each. Random shit can be cheap, but that's because it's random stuff. Following a circle you like is the best way to stick with quality, but it can cost you more.
I always keep small price range when I shop for doujinshi online. $60 is way out of my range. Not because I don't have the money it just boils down to how much the doujinshi is actually worth. A new doujinshi usually never exceeds over 1,500 yen (around $14), unless it an anthology or a really popular circle. Recently I purchased "HOPE vol.2" by NATTSU. It's going for $34 plus on ebay. The price for Hope is 1,000 yen ($9). I got it for 1,200 yen.

And this is why I need to go to Japan.

The Viz release DB/Z manga boxsets and the first Daizenshuu. Can't wait for them to show up. Paid for by the Australian Government. I dont think they would be happy knowing the stimulus money is being spent overseas.

Also, anyone know about a possible region 4 release of the tv special's double feature, or am i better off importing it? Have tried emailing Madman but have gotten no reply.

Two tickets for DragonBall Evolution from Cineplex Odeon.

I think I'm going to be buying two more on Monday.

I believe mine would be Infinite World back in December.

I was gonna wait til the price dropped a little, but I saw the boxart and immediately had to get it. (Yes. I actually bought the game earlier than expected because it had Gohan and Videl on the cover. Sue me.)

Still don't regret it, honestly. I thought it was pretty damned fun. Not on the level of the Sparking! series, but definitely not bad.

I got another Doujin for my club. I haven't got it in mail yet but I will in three business days or so.

This one going to be hard to label. Since it has both shounen-ai and straight romance. (How does that work?!) But I'm some of the members will be pleased, I've finally got something with Vegeta and Bulma.

The one currently at Hot Topic? I'll be picking one up next time I'm at the mall... Other than that, my latest purchase is...

*drumroll*

A ticket to "Dragonball Evolution"!

I saw it with my buddies and my brother. I had previously seen it and was very disappointed with the film, but I didn't want to judge it until I saw it on the big screen. Once I got over all the changes and took it for what it was I thought it was actually quite entertaining. Overall I give it a "Not bad". With a sequel green-lit already, I'm curious to see where this series will go.

Well, I bought a ticket to see Dragonball Evolution for the first session on release day. What can I say, I was curious. Also dragged my friend along who is a casual fan who has only seen Z, and not for quite some time.

As a movie, I liked it. As an adaptation of Dragonball, not so much. Either way, I will be interested to see what the sequel is about.

The only thing funnier than Trunks being on that cover is Yamcha being front-and-center. ... or Ran Fuan being on it, but leaving out Bulma.

I saw a van driving around town about a month ago. They had a 4-foot image of Future Trunks on it, and some faded lettering that said something like "LaShawn's Movers." Yeah, total rape-van.

Is it me, or Dragon Ball Z get worst treatment than Dragon Ball and GT in every region?! Sure they got the wrong characters on the cover, but at least they are not green nor badly drawn.

Hmm. My sleep-deprived eyes couldn't make out what that was. Good call.
