Can someone please tell me the Kanji spelling of Gokua, Zangya, Bido and Bujin.

They aren't written in Kanji. Did you mean Katakana?

They're all written in katakana: ゴクア/Gokua, ザンギャ/Zangya, ビドー/Bidoo, and ブージン/Buujin.

edit: Unless you meant the kanji words they got their names from. Gokua and Bido come from 極悪非道/gokuakuhidou, “heinous”. Zangya comes from 残虐/zangyaku, “cruelty”. And Bojack and Bujin come from傍若無人/boujakubujin, “audacity”.
