You're not the only one. I always thought it was green and wonder why everyone keeps saying she has blue hair.

Only other instance I know of this prior to Bulma is how Hawk was blond in the G.I. Joe comics but had black hair in the cartoon. Granted that was to not make the mistake of the comics and so he'd look different than Duke and not similar which leads some to mistake one for the other retroactively. So might've been just to make her stand out.

Same, it looks aqua to me. That or peppermint green.

But it does look blue in other screencaps/episodes so I can see why people can't agree on what color it is:

True. I would say it looks closer to blue there. Still a greeny-blue, but this time I'd lean towards blue I think.

I think the easiest conclusion we can come to is that Bulma, like probably 90% of girls in real life, just likes to dye her hair constantly, and depending on her mood, it's either green or blue, and that apparently, her natural color is purple.

I always thought Bulma's hair is blue. I never thought her hair was green... though I knew in the Manga she was purple.
