Now this isn't a dub-hate thread where people gather around to post quotes and laugh at the bad scripts or whatever. I just specified this as a dub quote thread because I'm more familiar with the dub than the original and so the lines I like are probably only in the English anime.

So I'll start off with one I like. But I'm more curious to see what other lines people will suggest.

Cell: What? How do you know all this?!
Trunks: I read your palm, big guy. You have a short life line.

It's a really awesome action hero line. I dunno.

I swear we've had three of these threads in the last year. I haven't really watched much of the dub, but I know Piccolo's "YES YES YES" and Freeza's "My Balls" will be here soon.

My favourite dub line would have to be "Vegeta's" "I wish I were him" line in the Cell game recap movie played at the Tenkaichi Budokai during the start of the Boo arc, it still makes me smile.

Vegeta had some awesome lines during the part inside of Super Buu:

"Son of a Namek!"

"Great galaxy, if I know my anatomy, we're headed straight for the lower intestines!" or something like that.

And of course Yamcha:

"Cat loves food, ye-yeah yeah yeah!"

The many variations of "Hey dude!" and other surfer-esque lines.

Trunks' introduction into the show had some good stuff.

Tien: "Is his shoe size a secret too?!?"

Vegeta: "Is that okaaaay?"
Tien: "As a matter of fact, it isn't!"

Piccolo: "My ears do more that just frame my face, you know!"

And of course there's the over 9000 thing.

FYI, I'm posting these because I liked them. I have a fondness for cheesy lines, which is why I love movies like Commando. So lines like these are a positive for me.

JAPANESE

Ultimate Gohan: "I could have been if it wasn't for Kaioshin."

Super Buu: "So, hotshot. You want to fight Majin Buu?"
Ultimate Gohan: "Fight you? No... I'm gonna kill you."

Majin Vegeta: "You fool! I am going to crush you... and throw you into the wind. Trunks. Bulma. I do this for you. Yes. Even for you Kakarot." The music is then played. This scene is so freakin epic!

As for a line that could've been killer, but ended up being narmy...

"Spopovitch... Next time... It's you, and me. And I'LL WIN."

Seriously? Seriously!? Come on! The fucker just nearly killed his lover, and that's all you'll have him say? Come on! Just a horribly conceived and delivered line, especially when compared to the one I mentioned above. I'm not asking for "I'M GOING TO FUCK UP YOUR SHIT BITCH". Just something with a little more emotion and staying power. Something like "What you did to her, I'm gonna do tenfold to you." would suffice for me.

Some great lines and some "so bad it's good" lines here, although I'm surprised this one hasn't been mentioned yet...

"Has anyone seen my arm? Hahaha... You can't miss it! It's GREEN!!"

Which category does it fall into? I'm not exactly sure, but I love it anyway for Raditz's sheer amount of dickery mocking his opponent.

I for one find the line genuinely funny. Cook pulls it off perfectly in showing what a sadistic jackass Raditz is.

Also I think my Trunks line falls into the good category and not the "so bad it's good" category. IMO....
